2 new Backstage images have been Released, One of the doctor on the car (from a scene where he encounters Amy and Rory ((The Roman as he calls him)) ) and the second one the doctor, Amy, River and Rory im a American Diner, look at rivers clothes, this would make me think this

is from Episode 2, although i could be wrong, who knows.
