In "The Pandorica Opens" River goes to a bar and enquires about a vortex manipulator.The Blue coloured Man states its "Fresh off the wrist of a handsome time agent (Jack).Jack was either in the bar at the same time or earlier on when this incident happened, to support this theory even more 2 creatures which appeared at the bar with jack are behind the curtain in this picture (dracojine and the Red Man).This makes us think that they're is a link between "The end of time" and "The Pandorica opens" and also Torchwood " New Worlds"
